Firstrust Bank is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Online Banking Product Marketing Associate to support the growth and success of our digital banking platforms. This role is designed for an individual eager to help drive Firstrust’s digital banking strategy forward.

This role will execute product marketing initiatives, facilitating customer engagement, and improving the online and mobile banking experience. With a focus on promoting Firstrust digital banking platform, this individual will help build customer awareness and drive the adoption of our digital banking tools. They will contribute to the seamless delivery of new features, enhancements, and educational content, ensuring that Firstrust’s digital channels meet the evolving needs of both retail and business customers.

The ideal candidate will be involved in various aspects of product management, from supporting quarterly roadmaps to tracking customer feedback and campaign performance. They will collaborate across multiple teams—marketing, technology, customer support, and operations—to align efforts and implement effective solutions. Responsibilities/Duties

  • Product Marketing: Assist in creating marketing campaigns to promote Firstrust’s online and mobile banking, focusing on customer education and feature adoption.
  • Platform Adoption: Work with the Product Manager to track usage trends and identify ways to boost customer engagement and retention.
  • Customer Feedback: Monitor feedback channels for insights and assist in converting them into actionable strategies.
  • Project Management: Support quarterly roadmaps, ongoing maintenance, participate in product implementations and testing, and help prepare deployments.
  • Vendor Coordination: Assist in tracking vendor updates, change requests, and roadmaps to keep the Product Manager informed.
  • Platform Analytics: use analytic tools to measure campaign success and guide future strategies.
  • Marketing plans to increase the use, adoption and satisfaction of Firstrust Bank’s customers with online and mobile banking, and the various capabilities of the platform designed to help retail and business customers manage their finances fully through online, and mobile banking.
  • Segmentation of online banking and mobile banking user groups into personas, to help personalize marketing communications within and via direct marketing to build optimization roadmaps for improving engagement
  • Consistent customer feedback to identify pain points to inform ongoing opportunities to improve satisfaction, adoption and NPS.

Essential Functions

  • While performing the essential functions of this position, the employee is subject to sedentary work for extended periods of time. Some amount of mobility in order to attend in-person meetings across two office locations is necessary.   The employee must be able to use computer and office equipment and communicate and exchange information to internal and external customers.  

Knowledge - Skills & Abilities

  • Experience: 1-3 years in product marketing, digital banking, or customer engagement; financial services experience a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with productivity software, digital marketing tools, and analytics software.
  • Additional Skills: Knowledge of marketing automation and basic UX principles is a plus.
