The Assistant Manager for our Whitemarsh location will provide friendly, efficient, and effective service to all customers while maintaining a profitable operation. This person will supervise and direct the daily operations of the branch including branch staff and daily/weekly sales goal reporting, compliance and metrics.

The Assistant Manager must have strong listening and verbal communication skills for extensive telephone work and person to person interaction. The position requires excellent interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills. While performing the essential functions of this position, Assistant Manager may be required to drive a motor vehicle to travel to client locations and events. The employee must move and position object/materials to set up branch events etc. The employee must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. of materials to be moved to branches and events. The employee needs to communicate and exchange information with all levels of management, clients and outside vendors. The employee must apply and estimate analytical data for trends and reporting purposes. Also must have the ability to function in a financial institution/branch environment and utilize standard office equipment including but not limited to: PC, fax, copier, telephone, currency counter, etc.
