Provide support in the execution of internal and external Firstrust events, sponsorships and philanthropic activities for bank wide initiatives. Responsibilities include managing the execution and administration of events, sponsorships, philanthropic and charitable contributions, community events, business development events, marketing and internal communications related to such events and activities, budgeting, payments and tracking, analytics and logistics. Manage day-to-day relationships with key vendors in support of consumer, community, philanthropy, charitable and business development activities.

Assist in the development of new business for Firstrust. Is alert to expressed customer/prospect needs to suggest appropriate services. Directs customers to the appropriate person to open account. Assist with and coordinates the tactical logistics of two semi-annual Managers’ Meetings, holiday events, employee appreciation, business and community events, distribution of sports tickets throughout the year.
Lead event marketing, planning and execution for monthly initiatives, including Firstrust CEO Breakfasts, Caves Golf Outings, Variety’s Zoo Day and Annual Campaign, Food and Book Drive, the CcTC Toy Drive, and the Samuel A. Green Scholarship Award Program.
Processes and organizes all deliverables to make all events, sponsorships and charitable initiatives successful, including execution, processing, tracking and logistics of check requests, tribute ads, marketing materials, giveaways, etc
Budget tracking of event, sponsorship and philanthropic initiative expenses, maintaining a master list of all sponsorships and donations, preparing a monthly budget recap of sponsorships for Charitables Meeting, in addition to processing department invoices and properly assigning GLs..
Maintains a highly collaborative relationship with business leaders within and outside of marketing; Communicates regularly the calendar of upcoming events and needs of such events to lines of business leaders to foster partnership in event success and planning
Develop and foster relationships with external event vendors such as caterers, florists, gift suppliers, audio/staging/video, rental companies and other suppliers. Maximize external vendors while minimizing budget expenditures.
Executes event campaigns within Salesforce platform and leverages all digital and marketing automation tools to improve overall initiative experience for internal and external stakeholders
BA/BS or equivalent degree Writing, English skills
2-5 years in coordinating marketing and customer events, B2B customer events
1- 2 years using event planning and management software, such as Bizzabo, Eventmobi, etc.
Demonstrated success in coordinating, administering and leading detailed projects
Takes initiative in making changes and providing ideas for efficiencies and improvements.
Works collaboratively with manager and team members.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to shift focus and manage multiple projects efficiently
Attention to detail in all aspects of the position. Skilled at building strong interpersonal relationships within the Firstrust organization and with external vendors, charities, and customers, as required by project/event
