Reporting to the Marketing VP, Digital Strategy & Design, this position will be responsible for developing and executing on strategic marketing plans across all key digital channels including, email, paid media (social, search, programmatic native, display), and website. This role is also responsible for administering Firstrust’s Marketing Automation Platform including optimizing system functionality, driving best practices and overseeing marketing programs including email deployment, lead capture, lead scoring and nurturing. Must be a creative, critical-thinker with proven track record in marketing technologies, email marketing and analytics. This role will work closely with other marketing team members, agencies, freelancers, stakeholders and cross-functional teams at all levels

Implements and manages email campaigns through Pardot for lead acquisition, nurturing and re-marketing. Build automated, triggered journeys
Perform day-to-day marketing activities including email campaign set-up, push notifications, scheduling, testing, proofing and deploying campaigns
Segment prospect and customers based on demographics, behaviors – last engagement, website interactions (content downloads, site page visits and customer journey/lifecycle status)
Leverages data to define audience groups. Develop roadmap, KPIs and program reporting to project growth. Develop insights through analysis of performance (conversion rates, bounce rates, open and click rates, A/B testing, etc.)
Regular traffic monitoring and conversion of website, recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
Manage and develop content for social media channels such as Linkedin, Twitter and Facebook
Maintain consistent and high customer journey communication and digital design standards across all digital communications touchpoints. Act as consultant to businesses to share best practices across team and ensure all brand guidelines are being followed.
Maintain governance for marketing team use of high performing templates for email, landing pages, native ads, etc. that are executed through the marketing automation platform
Budget tracking of Digital Design and Strategy team expenses
Build solid relationships and provide continual communications with the various marketing teams
Manage internal/external vendor relationships for paid media
Ability to develop and oversee production of original content
Participate in marketing planning process
3-5 years of digital marketing experience is required
Proficiency with marketing automation tools. Experience with Pardot is a plus.
Proficiency developing and deploying triggered journey tactics including direct mail, email, text, and other tactics as appropriate.
Experience running A/B and multivariate split tests.
Understanding of direct response tracking methodologies and sales attribution models.
Excellent project management skills, including organizing, prioritizing, and tracking all phases of a project
Able to review large sets of data and evaluate for consistency and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of HTML required; experience editing HTML preferred
Experience with Adobe Photoshop or Creative Suite preferred
Proficiency in MS Office programs and Google Suite
Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated and flexible, able to manage multiple priorities at once
