Business Development Managers execute integrated sales strategies to support growth of business customers. Develops new bank business relationships through segment-based sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets and maximize operating capabilities and profitability. Sells Business Banking services to prospective clients. Responsible for the initial relationship with prospects and works with Branch Manager, Credit Risk, Portfolio Manager and Regional Business Banker to close selling process.
Shares responsibilities for Business Banking, budgets, calling customers and ensuring the right level of service. Accountable to manage Small Business customers and cross-sell.
