Primary responsibility will be to receive and process loan packages utilizing nCino loan system. Order any/all 3rd party services required to process each file. Track all items ordered and received. Ensure all underwriting conditions are met and that any supporting documentation is uploaded to the loan system. Provide superior customer service to borrowers, relationship managers, business developers, and branch managers to insure a professional and timely loan transaction. Further, possesses knowledge and actively sells /promotes corporate products to potential and existing customers.
While performing the essential functions of this position, the employee is regularly required to do sedentary work a majority of the time. This includes preparing and analyzing data and figures, operating a computer terminal with repetitive motion and handling phone inquiries. The incumbent will move about to various departments to exchange information, discuss policy and communicate directives. The employee is expected to draft and/or compile information for senior management. This position involves positioning oneself to retrieve and lift files and utilize office equipment.
