The Client Service Specialist’s primary role includes developing and maintaining a rapport with clients and prospects, as well as keeping them engaged in the process by continually monitoring and directing the flow of projects and facilitating progress on project goals. The Client Service Specialist will be responsible for assisting the Division in meeting its goals through participating in sales and service efforts.

The Client Service Specialist will determine the areas for business prospects, research companies and put a plan together to actively solicit companies with the Regional Business Bankers. The Specialist will recommend additional deposit services to increase fee income for the bank.
While performing the essential functions of this position, the employee is required to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures via a computer terminal. The incumbent will be expected to retrieve files, compose memorandums and communicate with internal and external customers.
