  • Objective

    To provide end user training to all areas and levels of Bank employees on platform technology systems, including but not limited to (Sales & Service Cloud), nCino and Encompass (or other Loan Origination tools), DocuSign (or other eSignature tools), Cirrus Insight (or other email integration tools), Pardot (or other Marketing Automation tools) and any and all tools purchased and integrated into the FirstCLASS platform.

    In conjunction with Human Resources and the Enterprise Solutions Team:


    1. Assists in the development of new business for Firstrust. Is alert to expressed customer/prospect needs to suggest appropriate services. Actively sells and promotes corporate products to potential and existing customers. Possesses knowledge of corporate products and services to suggest products.
    2. Produce, publish and manage preparation of the training curriculum and documentation of training materials utilized in classroom training.
    3. Determine course content according to objectives.
    4. Produce, publish and manage all written communications and documentation required for internal users to understand software functionality, new releases, problems and fixes. Examples of other means of communicating to instruct end users would be upkeep of user manuals, educational announcements posted in FirstCLASS, monitoring Chatter groups to respond to inquiries and questions.
    5. Face to face training consisting of various formats such as: on-site classroom/hands-on training, face to face group training, individual new hire training & orientation, webinar led training.
    6. Organize necessary equipment and logistics such as room reservation, meeting invites, audio visual equipment, screen sharing tools, internet access, appropriate set up and removal of computers for training (in conjunction with IT department).
    7. Plays important role in supporting and leading the Super Users Group training efforts.
    8. Build personas for our end users and develop curriculum plan for each persona.
    9. Assign trailhead modules, or other necessary training courses to individuals of each persona. Develop reports to assist end users of keeping track of their training goals.
    10. Manage the Trailhead Tracker App, specifically designed by to track usage of Trailhead learning management system. Monitor employee utilization and completion of course curriculum assigned to them; develop and analyze training metrics to build reports and dashboards.
    11. Stay up to date with software releases and new functionality that will enhance the platform and streamline training and usage of the tools.
    12. Collaborate with Corporate Trainer on training delivery tools and techniques; participates in the annual planning process with both HR and Enterprise solutions to establish training goals for the year.
    13. Ability to prepare necessary training materials related to functionality
    14. Perform other duties as directed by the Manager.

    Essential Functions

    While performing the essential functions of this position, the employee is regularly required to operate computer equipment, detect and observe system enhancements and determine standards. The incumbent will be expected to prepare reports, effectively communicate information to technical and non-technical staff and identify and troubleshoot problem applications. 


    Knowledge - Skills & Abilities

    • BA/BS degree in related field or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
    • 2 years instructional design and development experience.
    • 2+ years’ experience leading classroom training sessions and/or webinars
    • 2+ years’ experience administering or consulting with or equivalent CRM experience a plus
    • Exceptionally skilled and experienced in professional technical writing and verbal communications with the ability to explain complex subjects in a clear way.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks and assignments simultaneously
    • Proven experience in classroom instruction and excellent professional/technical writing and communication skills.
    • Good time management skills
    • Must be a self-learner and comfortable learning new software and technologies
    • Comfortable using mobile applications and training users using FirstCLASS related applications on mobile devices
    • Comfortable with a fast-paced, high performance environment
    • Self-starter, ambitious, and flexible
    • The incumbent may be required to travel with or without notice to the corporate headquarters, operations center and other work locations frequently to complete tasks.
    • Comfortable speaking to large and small groups.
    • Physical requirements such as standing / sitting for extended periods of time may be required.
    • Evidence of completion of Salesforce Trailhead Modules and Badges

    • Solid understanding of database concepts and experience working with cloud computing

    • Proficient with MS Office products and mobile devices
