To provide end user training to all areas and levels of Bank employees on platform technology systems, including but not limited to Salesforce.com (Sales & Service Cloud), nCino and Encompass (or other Loan Origination tools), DocuSign (or other eSignature tools), Cirrus Insight (or other email integration tools), Pardot (or other Marketing Automation tools) and any and all tools purchased and integrated into the FirstCLASS platform.

While performing the essential functions of this position, the employee is regularly required to operate computer equipment, detect and observe system enhancements and determine standards. The incumbent will be expected to prepare reports, effectively communicate information to technical and non-technical staff and identify and troubleshoot problem applications.
Evidence of completion of Salesforce Trailhead Modules and Badges
Solid understanding of database concepts and experience working with cloud computing
Proficient with MS Office products and mobile devices
