APEX Mortgage Corp., a Horsham based commercial lender seeks a Quality Control Processor to join the operations department. This individual will be responsible for verifying all loan requirements are met, closing documents and post-closing quality control.  Candidates should have experience in the mortgage industry.  This position will report directly to the Processing Team Leader.

  1. Prepare commercial loan documents for multiple states.      
  2. Review documentation for commercial loans.                                                                                                        
  3. Ensure transactions meet all terms and conditions of the loan approval; comply with the lenders credit policy and all applicable rules and regulations.
  4. Verify that all documents are received and fully executed within the required time frame.
  5. Identify and document any material deficiencies.
  6. Correspond with Brokers, Borrowers, Counsel, Title Companies and other vendors to facilitate and expedite loan closings.      
  7. Produce and work with department staff to produce multiple commercial loans of all complexity to facilitate loan settlements.
  8. Timely process of the review of closed commercial loan packages to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with approval and policy.  

Knowledge - Skills & Abilities

  1. High School diploma with office experience or a college degree.
  2. Detail oriented and thorough.
  3. Excellent organizational skills.
  4. Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  5. Knowledge of Laser Pro or other mortgage industry software, considered a plus.
  6. Ability to communicate well with customers and coworkers.

 Note:  Majority of responsibilities require computer work.
